Although all products are preshrunk, for best results, we recommend hang-drying your comfort wear to maintain their fuzzy, soft interior while avoiding any shrinkage.

Shipping
Every order placed with Unfinished Apparel is customized in-house by our amazing team! For this reason all orders have a two-week fulfillment period which allows us to offer as much customization as possible to our products. As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive an email from us containing tracking information so you can watch your order on the move. Please note, tracking can take up to 72 hours to update.
International Shipping
Seeing our products worn across the globe is absolutely incredible! Please note that international shipping times will vary, but most international packages arrive within 4-5 business days. Unfinished Apparel is NOT responsible for duties and fees, and we will not offer refunds for orders that are returned due to unpaid fees. Duties and fees are not included in the shipping price. Upon receiving your invoice for your fees from the carrier, please know that you are able to "self-sign" for the package to avoid paying brokerage fees. You must let the carrier know you wish to do this before paying the fees.
Returns
The reason you're able to choose from so many colors for your sweatshirts is because we are able to customize them in-house! Every order placed is embroidered or printed by our team here in Nashville; so, your order is one of a kind. This reflects our commitment to providing patients with individualized, one of a kind items so they know how special they are.
Because of this, Unfinished Apparel doesnotallow returns for products that show no signs of damage upon delivery. All items purchased from us arefinal salesince we are unable to resell your order since it is customized to your preferences. For this reason, we highly recommend checking our size charts before ordering so you know it will fit!
However, if your order arrives with defects or damages, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous but, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.
