What's the difference between Mariposa products and OG products?
As most small businesses start off, we began our journey by private labeling wholesale products to use as our own. Our OG line is sourced from a Fruit of the Loom company, committed to ethical and sustainable practices. These products are a cotton/poly blend and have a standard, unisex fit.
The Mariposa line was designed from scratch down to the fabric itself. This line is produced 100% domestically in ethical and sustainable factories and is made from 100% cotton for long-lasting comfiness and durability. The oversized, contemporary fit was created to flatter all body types.
What is the return policy?
The reason you're able to choose from so many colors for your sweatshirts is because we are able to customize them in-house! Every order placed is embroidered or printed by our team here in Nashville; so, your order is one of a kind. This reflects our commitment to providing patients with individualized, one of a kind items so they know how special they are.
Because of this, Unfinished Apparel does not allow returns for products that show no signs of damage upon delivery. All items purchased from us are final sale since we are unable to resell your order since it is customized to your preferences. For this reason, we highly recommend checking our size charts before ordering so you know it will fit!
However, if your order arrives with defects or damages, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous but, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.
How long does shipping take?
In order to offer the level of customization that we do, we allow for a 2 week fulfillment period for all orders.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after they are placed.
Shipments will typically arrive within 4-5 business days, once shipped, for domestic orders.
My order "shipped" but I haven't received it/ it's not tracking
If your order says delivered: We know this is frustrating, and we apologize! In this instance we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse so please submit a claim with UPS here or USPS here.
Here are, also, some good next steps, in addition to filing your claim:
- Check the address on the tracking page to ensure it was sent to the right place
- Talk to your local post office
- Talk to your neighbors or concierge
