Shipping & Returns
In case you didn't know, we are still a tiny team over here and do all embellishment and fulfillment in-house. Because of this, we may need between 5-7 business days to get your order out the door, but we do our best to work as fast as possible. If we run into any delays, a team member will reach out to let you know.
We are happy to offer international shipping! Please note that all duties and taxes are DDP and the responsibility of the customer. We are also not in control of estimated shipping costs as they are offered directly by the carriers.
Please note that once the order is fulfilled and scanned by the carrier, we have successfully completed your order. We are not responsible for your package if you do not pay duties/fees or if you reject the package at import.
Customers are able to choose from multiple carrier options at checkout including expedited delivery. We offer free domestic ground shipping on orders over $100!
At this time, we do not offer returns for our products, but we do allow exchanges for all plain products. Since all printed and embroidered products are made-to-order, they are final sale.

Orders
Yes you can! As long as you let us know what changes you want to make within 24 hours, we are happy to make them, including canceling your order. Things happen and we are here to help :)
After 24 hours, however, we are not able to make changes to your order unless it is an updated shipping address.
We know how important your orders are which is why we insure each and every one of them. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact our support team so we can help get your claim filed and re-fulfill your order.
Please note that orders sent to the wrong address are not subject to re-fulfillment. If your order returns to sender due to missing information or incorrect address, we will offer to re-ship the product with a reshipment fee.

In order to ensure we are working with overseas teams that share out values, Unfinished Apparel connects with factories through U.S. based contract manufacturers. These contractors vet and regularly visit overseas factories to confirm they are maintaining proper labor practices and minimizing their footprint.
In our warehouse, we limit waste as much as possible with made-to-order products, sustainable packaging, and 100% cotton products.
Unfinished Apparel is manufactured in China in sustainable and ethical factories. China is home to some of the greatest apparel craftspeople which is why we are so proud to work with factories that share our vision for quality, accessible products.
We do our best to restock high-demand products, but some colors and products will be limited edition. We will post about any upcoming restocks on our socials!
