If you ordered a BACK TO BASICS products (meaning your product is 100% plain) we are more than happy to exchange your product for you. Feel free to reach out to our customer service email (info@unfinishedapparelstore.com) and we will get your return or exchange processed right away. exchanged items will only be processed if they show no signs of wear including no stains, excess hair, or signs of washing.
FOR EMBELLISHED PRODUCTS
The reason you're able to choose from so many colors for your sweatshirts is because we are able to customize them in-house! Every order featuring a design is embroidered or printed by our team here in Florida; so, your order is one of a kind. This reflects our commitment to providing patients with individualized, one of a kind items so they know how special they are.
Because of this, Unfinished Apparel does not allow returns for products that show no signs of damage upon delivery. All items purchased from us with designs are final sale since we are unable to resell your order since it is customized to your preferences. For this reason, we highly recommend checking our size charts before ordering so you know it will fit!
However, if your order arrives with defects or damages, we are more than happy to provide you with a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. When it comes to refunds, they are typically instantaneous but, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 10 business days to fully process.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, therefore items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. If your order was returned to us, we will reach out to you and work out a solution.
